Campus-Based Student Loans and Tuition Receivables are all we
collect. There are no disproportionately large clients such as
Guarantee Agencies, Federal Contracts or other industries to
distract our focus. We believe that this focus enables us to provide
superior recoveries as well as levels of service and satisfaction
our competition can only hope to achieve.

the community of U.S. colleges and universities is that we will
never alter our focus on Campus-Based programs and our clients will
never compete for our attention with any other industry. We are
committed to making a positive change in our clients' default rate,
cash flow and ultimately in their ability to service their existing
loan programs and current students. We further demonstrate this
commitment with an array of ancillary services including no-cost
workshops and conferences covering topics such as regulatory issues
(Perkins, Nursing and Health Professions programs), business office
basics, college and university collection procedures, customer
service (Fish! Philosophy) and collection agency evaluation.

Compliance Audits
Institutions that
participate in SFA programs frequently engage outside organizations
(servicers) to perform certain functions relating to the
administration of their SFA programs. Section 487(c) of the HEA and
CFR 668.23 require servicers to have an annual Compliance Audit
performed of the servicer's administration of SFA programs.
RC Services is in
full compliance with section 487(c) of the HEA and CFR 668.23. Our
prior year's audit reports are typically available in print by June
