RC Services is THE Collection Agency Specializing Exclusively in Campus-Based Student Loans and Receivables

What We Do

As an independent third-party collection agency, RC Services employs proven collection tools and techniques to maximize recoveries and reduce Cohort Default rates for our college and university customers. Our goal is the resolution of as many accounts as possible. For Campus-Based programs this is a significant difference from others in the collection industry. In the past, the focus of collection was to collect the balance in full from student borrowers who could pay and then close the remaining accounts as "Unable to Locate" or "Efforts Exhausted". Today, with the environment in which most schools have to operate with their Campus-Based loan programs, that process does not work. RC Services will endeavor to resolve as many accounts as possible with an eye toward your Default Rate via deferment, bringing loans current, consecutive monthly payments, rehabilitation, consolidation and yes, even a payment in full or two.

Every RC Services employee understands the unique nature of collecting on Campus-Based loan programs and Tuition Receivables. We all strive to keep complaints to a minimum as well as keeping the reputation of your institution intact.

We invite you to review a list of the more than 150 institutions we are already serving. Write us at references@rcservices.com and we'll hop one right over to you.

Compliance Audits

Institutions that participate in SFA programs frequently engage organizations (servicers) to perform certain functions relating to the administration of SFA programs. Section 487(c) of the HEA and CFR 668.23 require servicers to have an annual compliance audit performed of the servicer's administration of the SFA programs.

RC Services is in full compliance with section 487(c) of the HEA and CFR 668.23. Our prior year's audit reports are typically available in print by June 30th. Please call or email our Client Relations department to request a copy of our most recent compliance audit report.
