Who We Are
Bruce Caplin -
President
Prior to
joining RC Services in 1994, Bruce was employed by national and
regional collection agencies for over eighteen years. He is
familiar with all facets of the industry and has worked in retail, commercial, student loan and government
collections. He became President of RC Services in March 2000. Bruce and his wife Rhonda live in Seattle, Washington
with their dogs;
Zoe the
Smooth Fox Terrier and
Lucky and
Kristy the Greyhounds. His interests include fine art and world travel. He is an
active member of
COHEAO and has
been the Northwest Team Captain of the COHEAO Grass Roots Action
Network since its inception in March 2005. In his spare time,
Bruce does volunteer work in Animal Assisted
Therapy and Activities with the
Delta Society.
Rachelle Melloch -
National Sales and Marketing Manager
Rachelle joined RC Services in January 2001 with over fourteen
years sales and marketing experience in the collection and billing
industries. She has specialized in medical and retail collections
as well as billing services. Her background includes having worked
with University Accounting Service, a national billing servicer
for student loans and receivables, she holds a marketing degree
from Lakeland College and she is an Associate Member of
COHEAO. In
February 2004, as a reward for her diligence and success,
Rachelle was elevated to the position of National Sales and
Marketing Manager. Rachelle lives near Orlando, Florida with her
husband and their five rescued Samoyeds.
Kirk McCracken - Western Region Sales
Manager
Kirk jumped on board with RC Services in February 2007, and
brings to us his extensive 15 years of sales and territory
management experience in the student loan industry. Prior to
joining us Kirk worked for a national collection agency
specializing in higher education loans and receivables
collection. He is currently a member of both the Utah and
Colorado Associations of Student Loan Administrators. Kirk
earned his degree in Business Management from California State
University, Long Beach and now lives in Littleton, Colorado with
his wife Patty and their prized Schnauzer, Sophie. Two grown
daughters, two grandchildren, travel and golf keep Kirk busy in
his spare time.
Jack Preston - Director of Recovery
Jack jumped on
board with RC Services in May 2003 following his 10 years as a
partner in a national Tenant and Pre-Employment Screening
company. For 35 years he has been involved as a manager and
owner in a wide variety of credit and collection related fields
ranging from banking and collection agencies to the music
industry. Jack is well versed in all aspects of debt recovery.
Todd Coffindaffer -
Director of Client Relations
Todd joined RC Services in May 2003 as a member
of our collection team. He was elevated to his current position
in April 2006 after having spent several months working on
special projects including the development and implementation of
our optical imaging systems and CRMIT, our client web portal.
Prior to jumping on board with RC Services, Todd had spent the
better part of 15 years working in various capacities in the
credit and collection industry. Todd lives in Seattle, Washington
with his two Blue Healer dogs.

Our collectors are as intelligent, prepared and motivated as
you will find anywhere in our industry. They have an average
experience level of more than ten years and possess a thorough knowledge of
