Preserve the
Perkins Loan Program
In 2007 RC Services is again taking a
leading role in the grassroots effort to save the Federal
Perkins Loan Program. We continue our work with the COHEAO Grass Roots Action Network (CGRAN) in their
efforts to communicate with every member of the US House of
Representatives and the US Senate and to urge them to reject
President Bush's FY 2008 budget proposal to recall the Perkins Loan
revolving fund and to appropriate adequate funding to the Federal Capital
Contribution and Cancellation Fund. Please go to our
